Terms of Service

Welcome to Fichas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fichas mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Fichas ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing your phone number for verification. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App (except as provided by the App's built-in features)
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the App for unfair advantage
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

Fichas provides a platform for playing domino. By participating in games, you agree to:

• Play fairly and in the spirit of the game
• Accept the outcome of games as determined by the App's scoring system
• Not use external tools or communication to gain unfair advantages in multiplayer games

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, and content, is owned by Fichas and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you provide through the App, including your display name. You agree that your display name will not contain:

• Offensive, vulgar, or hateful language
• Personal information of others without their consent
• Misleading or impersonating content

We reserve the right to remove or modify any user content that violates these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fichas and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the App from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

If you are using the App on an Apple device, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Fichas, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of the App.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
