Fichas ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. When you create an account, we collect:

• Phone Number: Used for account authentication via Firebase Phone Auth. Your phone number is sent to Google Firebase for verification purposes.
• Display Name: A name you choose to identify yourself in the game. This is visible to other players in your game sessions.

1.2 Game Data

We automatically collect game-related data when you play, including:

• Game scores and match history
• Game session identifiers
• Tile moves and game state data

1.3 Device Information

We may collect device information such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of delivering push notifications and ensuring app compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Facilitate multiplayer game sessions
• Display your name to other players in shared game sessions
• Track game scores and statistics
• Send game-related push notifications (e.g., when it is your turn)
• Improve and optimize the App
• Ensure fair gameplay

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: For user authentication (phone number verification), real-time database (Google Cloud Firestore), and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, which is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access
• Authentication-based access control

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With other players: Your display name and game activity are visible to other players in your game sessions.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
